Tara Fahrner graduated from Russell College in 2007 with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary studies and Sage Graduate School in 2010 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She completed an APTA credentialed residency in the area of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physical Therapy at Duke University Medical Center in 2011, and became a board certified Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Clinical Specialist thereafter. Tara Presented at the APTA's Combined Sections Meeting on the topic of reducing readmissions for heart failure patients in February 2014, and served as a contributing editor to the Essentials of Cardiopulmonary Physical Therapy, 4th edition.

Her love of the outdoors brought her to Bozeman. Tara enjoys running, cycling, and hiking with her husband and dog Jens. She is also a 200 hour registered yoga teacher.
